Posted: May 22, 2026 / 11:42 AM CDT Updated: May 22, 2026 / 11:42 AM CDT MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – A low-end tornado threat may continue through lunchtime in Washington and Clarke Counties in Alabama. Several tornado warnings were issued throughout the morning. Scattered downpours will continue for the afternoon, especially west of I-65. Locally heavy downpours will remain possible, leading to a threat of flash flooding. Deep tropical moisture will remain, leading to scattered storms for the weekend.
