The NES homebrew scene has produced countless platformers, metroidvanias, and roguelikes over the years. A new Kickstarter campaign promises something unique, a serialized adventure for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

PopGeeks tackled a different kind of brick build in this Let’s Build video. Eileen assembled a Guardian Stalker from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on camera. The 377-piece construction set came from Amazon as a non-licensed, third-party brick kit. It delivered one of the toughest sessions in the PopGeeks build series to date. Unlike the Well Played Toys sets featured in previous builds, this kit carries no official Nintendo branding.

Oni Press’s May 2026 solicitations are defined by endings. After more than a decade in comics, the publisher’s Rick and Morty run reaches its conclusion with two releases: The End #6, completing Daniel Kibblesmith and Jarrett Williams’s six-issue finale series, and Forever #0, a standalone special reuniting Kibblesmith with franchise veteran Troy Little. Together, these books close one of Oni’s longest-running licensed partnerships. But endings are only half the picture.
