Neurologists, neuropathologists, imaging experts, geneticists, statisticians, and a plethora of other health and scientific professionals comprise this vital, but usually invisible, community that for two decades has guided the editors in our decision-making. The Lancet Neurology was launched in 2002, at a time when internet access was still not available in many places. People born at the dawn of this century (Generation Z, also known as zoomers) are also reaching adulthood. The internet is now ubiquitous, and many of these young adults are avid users of apps and social media. We are seeking photographs that can convey the fascination of and for neurology for this young generation.
