REYKJAVÍK, Iceland (June 16, 2026) — Alvotech, a global biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of ordinary shares. The Company has agreed to sell 12,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $12.67 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $152 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions.
