Both house and bass music echoed across New York City when John Summit’s Experts Only Festival took over Randall’s Island last weekend. This was my first year attending, and I was genuinely blown away by how above and beyond the Experts Only team went to make this an unforgettable weekend for attendees.

Nick Neumann, also known as Neumonic, is becoming one of the most talked about UKG artists stateside. Not only is he a phenomenal producer and DJ, but he’s also a natural curator in the electronic music space who continues to propel the scene forward with every move he makes. Neumonic’s ongoing passion for the underground has allowed him to go beyond just releasing tracks and playing shows, actively pushing forth the UKG sound to the United States.

Breakout garage powerhouse Neumonic has officially launchedNawty Records, a UKG label dedicated to pushing the genre forward and highlighting some of the most next-level rising talent out there. The label’s debut arrived in full swing, with the release of thirteen tunes from both American and UK artists, and the feedback across the scene has been overwhelmingly positive! The compilation of tracks released on Nawty Records is “Rave Station Vol. 1,” and it features a fresh mix of UKG styles.
