MILWAUKEE — Three teenagers have been taken into custody after a car theft and chase on Milwaukee’s south side. Wisconsin woman files civil lawsuit over Catholic school teacher sexual abuse MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin woman is filing a civil lawsuit against the Milwaukee archdiocese after she survived sexual abuse from her fourth grade teacher in 2013. 52-year-old Kevin Buelow is currently serving a 26-year-prison sentence for sexually assaulting multiple young girls at St. Matthias Parish School in Milwaukee, then at Holy Apostles Catholic School in New Berlin.
