ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A 13-year-old-boy in Children, Youth and Families Department custody is accused of sexually assaulting a CYFD employee and attacking an Albuquerque police officer. According to an APD police report and court documents obtained by KOB 4, a CYFD employee was asked to transport a 13-year-old boy from the CYFD headquarters to the New Day Youth Shelter.
