1 Introduction Eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE) is a chronic immune-mediated disorder that causes oesophageal dysfunction secondary to eosinophilic predominant inflammation [1], now recognised as a leading cause of dysphagia and food bolus impaction [2]. The incidence is estimated to be between 5 and 10 per 100,000 worldwide and is increasing [3].

I thought this video was fascinating AND disturbing, and while vegans often minimize the abuses piled on them from non/antivegans, because it’s nothing like the abuses animals are forced to endure, I decided to share Emily’s video of WHY so many nonvegans absolutely loathe vegans, because it IS important and should be addressed.
