A classroom in the Forum Building was transformed into a stage for the Penn State Bodybuilding and Fitness Club’s second annual Bodybuilding Competition benefitting THON on Sunday. Will Gordinier, the club’s social media chair, hosted the event and prepared the slideshow that was projected to show each competitor's name and category. Each competitor also selected their own song to perform a 45-second routine that consisted of muscular posing, which exhibited classic physique.

Penn State was ranked at 248 in the New York Times College-Access Index, for “Top U.S. Colleges with the Greatest Economic Diversity.” The New York Times published this list of the 286 most selective universities in the nation ranked by economic diversity this past September. According to the New York Times, it was measured through “analyzing the share of students receiving Pell Grants.” According to the study, the freshmen pell share for Pennsylvania State University is 13%.

The Bryce Jordan Center announced on Monday that the Harlem Globetrotters will be returning to Penn State on Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. This show is a part of their 2024 World Tour that will feature the team’s basketball skills against the Washington Generals.
