What to measure? Development of a Core Outcome Set to assess remote technologies for cochlear implant users.
Background/Objectives: Uptake of remote cochlear implant (CI) services is feasible in clinical studies, but implementation into regular clinical practice is limited. Effective implementation requires demonstration of at least equivalent outcomes to in-person care. Use of outcome measures that are relevant, and sensitive to both modes of service facilitates evidence-based provision of CI services.

Peritoneal metastases from colorectal cancer belong to Consensus Molecular Subtype 4 and are sensitised to oxaliplatin by inhibiting reducing capacity | British Journal of Cancer
Abstract Background Peritoneal metastases (PM) in colorectal cancer (CRC) are associated with therapy resistance and poor survival. Oxaliplatin monotherapy is widely applied in the intraperitoneal treatment of PM, but fails to yield clinical benefit. We aimed to identify the mechanism(s) underlying PM resistance to oxaliplatin and to develop strategies overcoming such resistance. Experimental design We generated a biobank consisting of 35 primary tumour regions and 59 paired PM from 12 patients.
Differential Effects of One Meal per Day in the Evening on Metabolic Health and Physical Performance in Lean Individuals
Introduction Most humans spend more than 12–16 h per day in the postprandial state. Generally, food intake occurs in a three meal per 24 h fashion with in-between meal snacking (Kant, 2018; Paoli et al., 2019). After meal ingestion, plasma insulin concentrations rise and subsequently increase glucose uptake and -oxidation in peripheral tissues (Thiebaud et al., 1982).
