On Monday of last week, Recovery is Happening turned the page to a new chapter in addiction recovery when it opened services at its new location along First Avenue SW. Having moved from its original location on Main Street, Recovery is Happening's new home is in what used to be the Essence Salon at 1106 First Avenue SW, and represents not only a brighter future for those recovering from addiction, but a brighter future as whole.
