(WBOY) — The U.S. Supreme Court has yet to issue an opinion on the case of West Virginia v. BPJ, the case of a transgender athlete from Bridgeport who has competed in girls’ sports. The primary question in the case asks if West Virginia’s “Save Women’s Sports Act” violates Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
