ST. JOHNSVILLE, NY (WNYT) — A Fulton County Sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a dog Monday night, after the dog rushed towards the deputy, per sources. Sheriff deputies responded to State Route 29 in St. Johnsville Monday for a call about a suspicious person. Once deputies arrived on scene, a dog, released by a family member from a home, rushed towards the deputy. Sources confirm this is not the first incident sheriff deputies have had with this dog before.
