New reforms could make it easier to earn a living as a makeup artist in the state of Arizona. This week Governor Doug Ducey signed a bill that allows makeup artists to do their magic without having to get a cosmetology or aesthetician license. Those for the law argued that the old requirements did nothing to preserve public health or safety.

Students in Ahwatukee are giving back this holiday season in a big way. Ahwatukee Foothills Montessori purchased toys and stuffed animals for other kids in need of a little extra joy. Throughout the school year students saved up all their pocket money from doing chores at home, which totaled $700. Then, the school matched that amount and brought the grand total to $1,400. Director, Meagan McClung says the generous gift speaks to the school's greater goal for the kids.

Sky Harbor is flying high when it comes to hungry travelers.The airport is among the best airports in the nation for wining and dining. Sky Harbor ranked number 17 for the recent addition of Valley favorites in Terminal 4. Those include Four Peaks, Barrio Cafe and Olive and Ivy.Dallas Fort Worth International Airport came in the top spot followed by San Francisco International and Las Angeles International.
