Text size The personal collection of the late rock star Freddie Mercury will be unveiled at Sotheby’s for the first time since he passed away more than 30 years ago. The collection comprises approximately 1,500 lots spanning 30 collecting categories, including fine and decorative arts, stage costumes, handwritten lyrics, and Japanese art. It is expected to sell for more than £6 million (US$7.44 million) across six auctions at Sotheby’s this fall.
