Abstract Ferroptosis has increasingly emerged as a novel target for cancer therapy because of intrinsic or acquired ferroptosis vulnerabilities in cancers. Small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA)-mediated mRNA modifications play a critical role in regulating ferroptosis and supporting tumor cell adaptation. However, the function and mechanism of the box C/D snoRNA SNORD60 in hepatoblastoma (HB) remain poorly understood.

Abstract Digital medicine leverages digital biomarkers by algebraically integrating multiple biomarkers to reflect disease status. Colorimetric analysis offers an intuitive readout, but colorimetric-based digital medicine remains underexplored. Here we show an Enzymatic Colorimetric Encoding-based Digital Medicine platform (EnCODE).

Abstract Artificial intelligence applications in oncology imaging often struggle with diagnosing rare tumors. We identify significant gaps in detecting uncommon thyroid cancer types with ultrasound, where scarce data leads to frequent misdiagnosis. Traditional augmentation strategies do not capture the unique disease variations, hindering model training and performance.
