Method details Plasmids Plasmids used in this work are listed in Table S1. Lentivirus transduction For shRNA transduction, Mission shRNA plasmids (Sigma Aldrich) were transfected together with pMDLg/pRRE, pRSV-Rev, and pMD2.G plasmids into HEK293T cells using Lipofectamine 2000. Pooled lentiviral supernatants harvested on days 2 and 3 were used to infect RAW264.7 cells. Puromycin (Invitrogen) selection was started 72 h post-infection.
