Our source indicated the color was not actually pink as stated in Israel's book. It was actually a purplish and violet in color. Page 438 states the fluid was unanalyzed, but this is not true. The chemist who ran the test (page 442) noted the Quinine was found in the brain bile and liver.

Just as we were ready to close this issue of HispanicAd, big news came of a huge accomplishment for our Hispanic Advertising and Marketing Industry as a whole. Daisy Expósito-Ulla has been inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame of America. She was also this year's choice for The David Bell Award. This announcement was made in Washington by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) making this its 69th anniversary and induction of iconic advertising legends.
