George Buid is a freelance photographer and journalist based in Metro Manila, Philippines. His work has been published in Zuma Press, Orato World Media, Business Mirror, InterAksyon, PETS International magazine, and various news outlets. He is a self-taught photographer who started his career in photojournalism and visual documentary storytelling in 2014. He won an award for 1st place in the Where Your Taxes Goes photography contest in 2021.
