ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The suspect accused of shooting and killing a woman in front of a vacant home on Spencer Street pleaded guilty. 20-year-old Dhymere Bradley was in court Tuesday and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for the death of Sandra Blanding. He is expected to be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. On March 19, 2025, the Rochester Police Department found Blanding dead on the sidewalk on Spencer Street. She had been shot multiple times.
