1 Introduction The colorful and densely branched sporangia of Ramaria species are frequently referred to as coral fungi. These fungi are major ectomycorrhizal associates of conifers. Regarding the toxicity of Ramaria, certain fungi, including Ramaria flavobrunnescens and R. rufescens, are classified as toxic (Huang et al. 2009; Perez-Moreno and Ferrera-Cerrato 1995; Scheid et al. 2022), whereas several studies have identified certain substances as nontoxic (Aprotosoaie et al.

Transcriptional Dysregulations of Seven Non-Differentially Expressed Genes as Biomarkers of Metastatic Colon Cancer

|
By Xiaoying Lv, Xue Li, Shihong Chen, Gongyou Zhang
| MDPI
Abstract : Background: Colon cancer (CC) is common, and the mortality rate greatly increases as the disease progresses to the metastatic stage. Early detection of metastatic colon cancer (mCC) is crucial for reducing the mortality rate. Most previous studies have focused on the top-ranked differentially expressed transcriptomic biomarkers between mCC and primary CC while ignoring non-differentially expressed genes.
