A heartfelt thank you goes to the Goshen American Legion, and cousin Chris Wright, for keeping alive the memory of William Brennan. Will, a Bethlehem native, died in a helicopter crash in Iraq in 2004. The Legion made a generous donation, in Will’s name, to the Connecticut Trees of Honor Memorial in Middletown, a beautiful tribute to those lives lost in the war on terror. The Goshen American Legion has again made clear it knows remembrance is the highest honor.
