Dear Editor Tom Moberly received advice from professionals regarding what to do when being undermined at work, and all those who were consulted advised doctors to seek guidance from a manager, colleague or employer. However, this failed to address how, as resident doctors who rotate often, we don't have traditional 'managers' and are instead often relying on our educational or clinical supervisor for support when needing to escalate matters.
