Methods NSG (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ) and MHC-dKO NSG (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid H2-K1b-tm1Bpe H2-Ab1g7-em1Mvw H2-D1b-tm1Bpe Il2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ) mice were purchased from The Jackson Laboratory (Bar Harbor, Maine, USA) and maintained under specific pathogen-free conditions. Animal experiments were conducted in accordance with Spanish laws and approval was obtained from the animal experimentation committee of the University of Navarra (reference: 007–22).
