What was your first job as a journalist?

Technically Bleacher Report, but because I was an unpaid contributor at first, it was as a web editor for my college newspaper.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

I can't say I have, but I'd willing to give it a shot!

How is social media changing news?

Drastically, more so for the better than for the worse, especially with how quickly people get their news and how accurately it's reported.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To me with what I do, it's all about telling a story, enlightening and entertaining readers, and taking them on a journey with my writing.

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter, without a doubt. I also enjoy Facebook and Instagram to an extent. I'm not much of a Snapchat or TikTok person.

Who do you wish followed you?

CM Punk and Christopher Lloyd would probably be my top two people. At least I'm currently followed by John Cena!

Why did you become a journalist?

I've loved to write since I was a kid, writing about whatever I could and specifically things I was passionate about.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I did! I didn't "work" for it per se, but I did contribute several stories during my junior and senior years. It prepared me for college.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

The interviews I've done with John Cena, Roman Reigns and CM Punk were a lot of fun, as well as my feature on Northeast Wrestling from 2019.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Write as much as you can and get experience. Building a portfolio takes time, but stay positive and determined and you'll be successful.

What's your favorite drink?

Coca-Cola. I'm a simple dude!

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

At the movie theater!
