Capitol Ave. in downtown Little Rock, once home to one of Arkansas’ most famous statues, has sold for $1.1 million. Pabani Brothers LLC, led by Aziz and Akbar Pabani, acquired the 73,889-SF building and 0.64-acre property, the longtime home to Large Standing Figure: Knife Edge, a bronze statue by world-renowned sculptor Henry Moore.
