To the Editor, Immune-mediated cytopenias (IC), including immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), and pure red cell aplasia (PRCA), are characterized by immune destruction of differentiated hematopoietic cells and are associated with increased morbidity and mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT) [1, 2]. Estimated incidence rates range from 1% to 5% for AIHA, 0.5% to 2% for ITP, and up to 50% for PRCA [1, 2].
