The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital had waived the requirement for written approval of this study and the need for consent to participate since this was a retrospective study on radiation dosimetry and individual patients was not affected. All patients diagnosed with stage III NSCLC and received definitive 4D-CT IMRT in the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital from Jan 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023 were enrolled.
