By Gus Saltonstall An 18-year-old male is in critical condition after a horse carriage tipped over in Central Park on Wednesday around 2:50 p.m., a police spokesperson told West Side Rag. The teenager was rushed to Weill-Cornell Medical Center, police added. According to video and eyewitnesses, the carriage tipped over after a horse broke away from its driver and bolted into the park.

Man Indicted For Murder After Allegedly Pushing UWSer Down Subway Stairs: Manhattan DA

By Gus Saltonstall A man has been indicted for murder in connection with fatally pushing a 76-year-old Upper West Sider down a set of subway stairs, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday. Rhamell Burke, 32, was indicted on second-degree murder charges this week for allegedly shoving Ross Falzone, 76, down a flight of stairs at a Chelsea subway station, according to the DA; Falzone died from the fall.
