1. Introduction Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Breast cancer is the most common malignancy and has the highest incidence among women worldwide. (1−4) According to the research report released by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) on February 24, 2025, based on the WHO GLOBOCAN database and cancer incidence data from five continents, there were 2.3 million new breast cancer cases worldwide in 2022, with 670,000 related deaths.
Rational ligand engineering of AIE-active iridium(III) complexes for tunable emission, reversible mechanochromism and anti-counterfeiting Developing multifunctional phosphorescent materials with efficient solid-state emission and tunable colors in response to external stimuli is highly desirable but remains challenging due to the lack of clear design strategies.

In situ investigation of a correlation between fluorescent defects and UV pulse laser-induced damage on fused silica optics surfaces
An in situ methodology was developed to ascertain the relationship between steady-state fluorescent defects and laser-induced damage on the surface of fused silica optics. This study examined the effects of various types of fluorescent defects, their brightness, and surface treatments on laser-induced damage. The results indicate that the probability of damage is contingent upon the type, brightness of fluorescent defects, and the laser radiation flux.

Comparative study on the rheological properties of cellulose acetate and double‐base propellant
Abstract Cellulose acetate (CA) and nitrocellulose (NC) are both cellulose derivatives with similar chemical structure and physical properties, and CA are non-flammable and biodegradable, so CA has been used as a safe substitute to NC for artillery propellant research. The ester functional groups of CA and NC are different, and there are other components in the propellant, so the rheological properties of CA and propellant can be different slightly.

Ultrafast true-green Ho:ZBLAN fiber laser inspired by the TD3 AI algorithm
Abstract Ultrafast lasers in the true-green spectrum, which are scarce due to the “green gap” in semiconductor materials, are in high demand for the surging field of biomedical photonics. One ideal candidate for efficient green lasing is Ho:ZBLAN fiber, as ZBLAN-hosted fibers have already reached picosecond dissipative soliton resonance (DSR) in the yellow.
High-power yellow DSR pulses generated from a mode-locked Dy:ZBLAN fiber laser
Abstract Ultrafast yellow lasers are in high demand in recent biomedical and medical applications; however, direct emission of mode-locked pulses in yellow at the high-power level still presents a huge technical challenge to date. By integrating the nonlinear polarization rotation (NPR) scheme into a Dy:ZBLAN fiber laser, dissipative soliton resonance pulses at ∼575 nm are demonstrated for the first time, to the best of our knowledge.
A Novel Fluorogenic Assay for the Detection of Nephrotoxin-Induced Oxidative Stress in Live Cells and Renal Tissue
TFCH Is a Fluorogenic Sensor for Oxidative-Stress Induced Carbonylation in Live Cells We have previously shown that coumarin-based fluorophores have low inherent toxicity and can be readily internalized and washed out from the cells.(10,11) It was therefore desirable to retain these features in the new fluorophore.
