NORTH ANDOVER — The MIAA’s Meet of Champions boasted the best of the best as the state’s top track and field athletes brought their best to Merrimack College to compete in the last major event of the season. Alex Todorov from Xaverian took home victory in the 100-meter dash, not only running his personal best, but achieving the third-best time in the state at 10.62 seconds.
