Hannah Gard is from Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM #995) currently working at KXAN in Austin, TX. Before moving to Texas, she worked as a meteorologist with WVUE FOX 8 in New Orleans. She previously worked as a freelance weather producer at CNN. She has worked as the weekend meteorologist for KSWO 7News in Lawton, Oklahoma, providing severe storm coverage and compelling weather stories. She has a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with minors in Mathematics and Broadcast Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma. She previously interned at CNN and KKTV 11 News in Colorado Springs.
