Hannah Gard’s Biography

Hannah Gard is from Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM #995) currently working at WVUE FOX 8 in New Orleans. She previously worked as a freelance weather producer at CNN. She has worked as the weekend meteorologist for KSWO 7News in Lawton, Oklahoma, providing severe storm coverage and compelling weather stories. She has a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with minors in Mathematics and Broadcast Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma. She previously interned at CNN and KKTV 11 News in Colorado Springs. She served as a Senior Weather Producer and Anchor for OU's award-winning, student-run newscast OU Nightly.
