[한국미디어뉴스통신=신화통신] 중국 국가시장감독관리총국 등 3개 부서가 최근 '예식장 음식물 낭비 제지에 관한 통지'를 발표했다. 통지에는 예식장 서비스 운영자가 음식 낭비 제지에 관한 내용을 예식장 서비스 계약에 포함하고, 소비자가 '빈 그릇 운동(光盤行動)' 캠페인에 참여하도록 안내해야 한다는 내용이 포함됐다. 또 예식장 메뉴를 최적화해 음식의 양과 양을 합리적으로 조정하고 소비자가 식사 후 남은 음식을 포장하도록 적극 안내할 것을 명확히 했다. 예식장 운영자가 서비스 전 과정을 표준화·규범화하도록 안내해야 한다는 내용도 담겼다. 이를 통해 식품 안전을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 재료의 불필요한 손실을 줄여야 한다는 뜻이다. 또 예식장 서비스 운영자가 공용 식기를 사용하도록 안내해 공용 식기 사용률을 높이는 방안도 명시됐다.
