Abstract Hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-low (HER2-low) metastatic breast cancer (MBC) constitutes the predominant subtype of advanced breast cancer, with most patients eventually developing resistance to endocrine therapy (ET) and cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6i).
Impact of neoadjuvant chemotherapy vs. upfront surgery on survival in early-onset colorectal cancer—a single centre experience
Early-onset colorectal cancer (EO-CRC) has been gaining momentum in the oncologic community and has a reputation for being overtreated. Neoadjuvant therapy has been proven to be an effective treatment for rectal cancers; however, treatment outcomes in this group have yet to be studied. The purpose of this study was to compare overall survival (OS) between the upfront surgery (UFS) group and the neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) group in EO-CRC.

1. Introduction A 3D LiDAR imaging system based on single-photon detection technology can achieve picosecond time resolution, using the time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) module to record the time-of-flight information of the echo photons [1,2,3,4]. Photon counting LiDAR also shows unique advantages in long-distance detection due to the single-photon detection sensitivity of the Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode (Gm-APD) [5,6].

To protect oil and gas reservoirs during drilling, shielded temporary plugging technology has long been the key to oil and gas well drilling operations. Hard ultrafine calcium carbonate (CaCO3) has been widely used to effectively plug the storage, and to remove the plugging in time after drilling and completion effectively. Ultrafine calcium carbonate has the advantages of high strength, adjustable particle size, excellent bridging and plugging effect, and rapid and full reaction with acid.
