Instructor, journalist, and author of "Summer of Hate," the book about what happened in #Charlottesville, published by the University of Virginia Press. In my youth, I helped launch and operate both the C-ville and the sadly-departed Hook. Wingspan, the student newspaper at Harry F. Byrd Middle School in Henrico County.
