A 31-year-old Reading man has been arrested and charged with rape of a child after, police claim, officials received numerous reports alleging that he sexually assaulted a seven-year-old boy. According to police, Matthew Anoka, 31, of Reading, was arrested on Tuesday at his home in Reading and he has been charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor and related offenses following an investigation that began in May.

Black, charred walls could be seen as firefighters worked to extinguish flames at a home in Harleysville early Wednesday. As spotted by NBC10's SkyForce 10, at about 10: 45 a.m., fire crews were pouring water on a home along the 1900 block of Stratton Drive in Harleysville after a fire erupted there earlier in the morning. Officials did not immediately say if anyone was injured in this incident, nor did they say what may have caused the fire. But, an investigation was underway.

On social media, the Cherry Hill Police Department alerted residents that an investigation was underway in a Walmart, located along Route 38 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
