Tucked inside The St. Regis Atlanta, Atlas has been one of the city’s hardest reservations to get since it opened in 2015. A decade later, that still holds true. Under Chef Freddy Money, who joined in 2020, the restaurant earned Atlanta’s first Michelin star and remains at the forefront of the city’s fine dining scene.

Costa Rica is one of those places people talk about as if they’ve discovered some secret, even though everyone already knows. The beaches are beautiful. The jungles are unreal. The food is fresh. Before launching TaTe Diamonds in 2015, he spent years inside the global diamond industry, watching Namibia’s stones travel the world while their origins quietly disappeared.
