Dear Editor, and previous 2 (at time of writing) rapid responses, This response is informed by 10 years of lived experience gathering; talking with healthcare workforce about how it feels to attempt delivery of "weight management" services; listening to citizens who have experienced their GP recommend weight change as a first line treatment and had their health concerns attributed to weight and mostly ignored.
