3.2. Physicochemical Parameters of Papayas Based on the results presented in Figure 1, the control group exhibited the greatest weight loss (24.85%) after 15 days of storage, which was significantly different from all other treatments. In contrast, papayas treated with only carnauba wax nanoemulsion demonstrated the lowest weight loss (5.78%), followed by CWN-MEO:β-CD, which exhibited 7.5% weight loss.
