GREECE’S new Minister of Migration, Thanos Plevris, has given a blunt ultimatum to those he calls “illegal migrants” in the country: “return, or prison”. A bill presented to Greece’s parliament in July proposes to reform the country’s procedures for removing third-country nationals.
