(KRDO) -- The Pueblo Community Animal Response Team Livestock Division is in need of donations for large animals and livestock due to the Aspen Acres Fire. According to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office, the items currently needed are traffic cones, box fans and shavings. Donations can be brought to the large animal evacuation center at the Colorado State Fairgrounds. They are asking people to enter through Gate 7 on Small Avenue.

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A family of firefighters lost their home in Beulah in the Aspen Acres Fire. For the Griggs family, firefighting is part of their livelihood. Nicole Griggs and her father-in-law, Bob Griggs, are both retired firefighters. In the midst of devastation, Nicole's husband, along with their son, stayed behind to battle the fires with the Beulah Fire Protection and Ambulance District, the town's volunteer fire department.
