CGP60474, a novel MITD1-targeted inhibitor for bladder cancer progression via CDK4/cyclin D1 pathway modulation
Abstract Targeted therapy holds promise for advanced bladder cancer, but its development is limited by a lack of therapeutic targets. Here, we show that MITD1 is elevated in bladder cancer and associated with poor patient prognosis. We find that MITD1 drives cancer progression by interacting with the CDK4/cyclin D1 complex to regulate the cell cycle. Genetic deletion of MITD1 inhibits tumor growth, confirming its key role.
Genomic insights into capital-driven transmission and distance-limited outbreaks of CRAB in Zhejiang ICU networks

A parallel circuit is constructed using carbon nanotube@silver nanoparticles-MXene (CNT@AgNPs-MXene) and expanded graphite (EG) double sensing layers, exploiting EG’s interlayer sliding and recovery capability derived from its wide layer spacing, and is integrated with a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) support layer.
Targeting EZH2-driven cholesterol metabolic vulnerability through Napabucasin suppresses ovarian cancer metastasis
Abstract Ovarian cancer represents the most lethal gynecologic malignancy, with tumor metastasis being the primary contributor to patient mortality. EZH2, frequently overexpressed in various cancers, has been implicated in promoting metastatic progression through metabolic dysregulation. However, the mechanistic basis by which EZH2 reprograms cholesterol metabolism to facilitate ovarian cancer metastasis remains poorly defined.

Anastomosing hemangioma of the kidney: a case report
Abstract Anastomosing hemangioma (AH) is a rare benign vascular neoplasm. It has been reported most commonly in the testes and genitourinary system [1-2], but it has also been described in the liver [3], gastrointestinal tract, ovary , and paraspinal region [4]. Although AH is well differentiated and has no malignant potential, it lacks specific imaging features and is therefore difficult to diagnose preoperatively. AH occurring in the liver is prone to be misdiagnosed as liver angiosarcoma [5].

Full article: A Predictive Model Using Six Genes DNA Methylation Markers to Identify Individuals With High Risks of High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions and Cervical Cancer
Abstract Background Cervical cancer is preceded by low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL) and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL). Human papillomavirus (HPV) test is a sensitive method for cervical cancer screening, but it is less specific compared with cytological examination, leading to overtreatment and reduced patient compliance. Therefore, new detection methods that can improve the accuracy of cervical cancer screening are needed.
Mn doping promotes deep surface reconstruction of CoP nanosheet arrays to drive efficient water splitting Among the non-precious metal electrocatalysts, transition metal phosphides (TMPs) show the greatest promise, but their activity and stability still fall short of expectations. Therefore, in order to improve the catalytic activity of TMPs, doping of heteroatoms with different electronegativity becomes one of the best methods.

Comparative Tests on Failure Characteristics and Mechanisms of Mine Waste Dumps with Different Material Layouts
1. Introduction A waste dump is a site where waste materials are placed. Mine waste dumps are byproducts of mining excavation whose components are mainly the topsoil and removed rock. Conventionally, mine waste materials are emplaced with only incidental compaction and handled with minimizing operating costs as they have little engineering relevance to mine operators [,]. However, landslides associated with mine waste dumps have been common in recent decades.

Employing Noble Metal‐Porphyrins to Engineer Robust and Highly Active Single‐Atom Nanozymes for Targeted Catalytic Therapy in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Single-atom nanozymes (SANzymes) have emerged as promising alternatives to conventional enzymes. However, the chemical instability limits their application. Here, we present a systematic synthesis of highly active and stable SANzymes by leveraging noble metal-porphyrins. Four noble metal-porphyrins are successfully synthesized to mimic the active site of natural peroxidases through atomic metal-N coordination anchored to the porphyrin center.
