What was your first job as a journalist?
My career first began at Magnetic Internet Media Inc. There, I worked as the lead breaking news writer for mmaimports.com.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
Being a journalist means putting the facts first. It means telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Currently, I am most prolific with Social News Desk, Futuri, Chartbeat, TweetDeck and Arc Publishing.
What's your favorite social network?
When it comes to disseminating information quickly, nothing beats Twitter.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
The best advice I can offer aspiring journalists is to leave your ego at the door and to never stop improving.
