Shorenstein Properties picked up the Tennyson, a two-building Class A office campus in Plano, from Spear Street Capital. The Tennyson is currently 100 percent leased, according to Newmark, and recently completed upgrades to its fitness center, lobby, tenant lounge and conference rooms, according to a press release. The sale price is undisclosed, but the Collin Central Appraisal District set the property’s value at about $70.6 million.

Craig International wins bid for former Globe Life campus, eyes $200M-plus redevelopment

Craig International landed the bid to redevelop the former Globe Life Corporate Headquarters in McKinney, a Dallas suburb. The 58-acre former headquarters is located at 3700 South Stonebridge Drive. McKinney-based Craig plans to rebrand the space as “Rowlett Station” and implement a mixed-use redevelopment. Initial plans are for redevelopment to come in waves that could exceed $200 million, according to a press release from the company.
