1 Introduction The electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) has gained significant attention as a carbon capture and utilization technology, supported by recent progress in electrolyzers, membranes, ionomers, and catalysts [1-6]. Among various CO2 reduction products, CO is particularly promising owing to a simple reaction pathway, allowing high selectivity and productivity, and the resulting CO and H2 serve as versatile platform chemicals for diverse downstream applications [7-10].
