Introduction In many SAP integration scenarios, we need to retrieve information about a specific employee or user from SAP SuccessFactors instead of fetching the entire user dataset. For example, an external application may send a user ID to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and the integration flow must retrieve the corresponding user's details, such as their username, first name, last name, and email address, from SAP SuccessFactors.

Every integration developer meets this wall sooner or later:"these messages must be processed in order."The easy fix — a singleexclusivequeue: one consumer, one message at a time — works perfectly and scales terribly. The moment volume rises, that single ordered lane becomes the bottleneck everything queues behind. Sound familiar? How many times have you "solved" ordering by throttling everything down to one-at-a-time, then watched the backlog grow?

What is the Problem? In most companies, employee laptops keep generating signals like high CPU temperature, battery drain, or device issues. But the problem is, no one is really tracking all this data properly in real time. Because of that, issues are usually noticed only when something goes wrong and the user raises a complaint. What Are We Building? To solve this, we are creating a system that automatically monitors device health data.
