You open the MPL log, stare at a cryptic stack trace, and spend the next 30–45 minutes manually cross-referencing adapter configurations, checking credentials, and testing payloads. By the time you identify the root cause  a null field in a mapping, an expired OAuth token, a malformed XML payload  the fix takes five minutes. The diagnosis took an hour.

Over time, SAP Cloud Integration (CI/CPI) tenants, especially larger ones tend to accumulate integration flows that are no longer needed. These may include old test flows, integration scenarios tied to decommissioned systems, or temporary interfaces created during projects and never removed. Manually identifying such unused integration flows is difficult and time‑consuming. SAP Cloud Integration provides standard APIs that expose deployment status and recent execution history.
