Bloodborne biomarkers are routinely used to diagnose immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in a tissue-specific approach, but for many tissues, no biomarkers are available. Management is, as first line, a one-size-fits-all with corticosteroids, while second line is tissue-specific based on experiences in autoimmune disorders. Patient stratification for management is currently not performed.

In this nationwide cohort study, we analysed real-world outcomes of patients with MM treated with pembrolizumab in Denmark.
