LIMA — A GoFundMe page has been established for the children of a Lima man who died in a motorcycle accident in Lima recently. Joseph Foust IV, 33, of Lima, died after a motorcycle crash on June 30 in Allen County when, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, another vehicle failed to yield while turning into the Allen Oakwood Correctional Institution.
