For any band, a reliable crew can make all the difference between fame and never quite making it. In a tenure spanning over thirty years years now, Texas pop-punk outfit Bowling For Soup have forged a path by excelling in the production of both upbeat comedy-laden anthems and heartfelt emotional balladry, taking them all the way from the likes of Jim’s Diner in their beloved home-state, to the lofty heights of packing-out London’s Wembley Arena, and everywhere in-between.

The BRITS are just around the corner and with excitement building, some huge names will be taking to the stage for intimate shows running up to this years Awards. Not only will it be a great week of entertainment, but it’s also in aid of War Child. Shows will take place across various venues across the UK over the next few weeks, highlighting some of the best high profile artists and rising stars.

Given that her most recent show on UK shores a few weeks ago was supporting the reformed My Chemical Romance in a packed stadium, an early slot for Cassy Brooking, aka Cassyette (6) feels like somewhat of a change of pace. “Guys I’m still waking up, you’re gonna help me right?”, comes the jovial quip as the Chelmsford songstress takes to the Jägermeister Stage, but it’s very quickly evident that she hardly needs assistance.
