@TuckerThaTruckr @anne_theriault I think it means look beyond the rhetoric and at the person. Are they fragile in the face of criticism (suggesting ego problems)? Is their knowledge of feminism unusually shallow and buzzword-driven?

@uberfeminist @jordanbpeterson To be fair, he's not saying anything about regressive marriage. He's saying that without obligations (life-long parternship) the rules of what is/isn't acceptable are easier to manipulate. I think that’s part of what things like #metoo are about: reinstating old moral strictures
